The surgeries will deal with any enquiries you may have during the above hours, though those clients with horses or farm animals should deal only with the Diss surgery.
Outside of the above hours, when the surgeries are closed, telephone answering machines will direct you to an answering service for dealing with emergencies. This service will page the duty vet for you, who in turn will contact you as soon as possible.
Please remember to use this service for emergencies only; all routine communications should be made in office hours. The practice may make a charge for dealing with unreasonable or frivolous enquiries.
