Fees
The practice has set fees for many routine treatments although these may vary with more complicated procedures/tests etc. You are welcome to enquire as to any likely costs in advance of any procedures or treatments. Current fees of some common procedures are set out below, and are effective from 1st January 2008.
Please remember that the government obliges us to charge you 17.5% VAT, unlike the other medical professions, and this is included in the quoted fees.
Payment is required at the time of treatment or provision of goods & services, for pet animals. You may pay by credit/charge card, cash or cheque (accompanied by a valid banker’s card). The practice does not issue accounts, though itemised receipts are given.
Accounts are granted to approved clients for horse and farm animal work. Payment of such accounts is due within one month of the date of invoice.
